Biography

Phil Dabney brings over 30 years experience as a top-notch construction attorney, commercial litigator and alternative dispute resolution practitioner to Advanced Resolution Management. As a litigator, he has represented parties in every aspect of construction documentation and dispute resolution, for commercial, public works, industrial and residential projects. He has represented businesses, lenders and individuals in every type of commercial dispute, as well as parties in administrative proceedings and personal injury cases.

Since the 1990’s Phil has served with distinction as an arbitrator, mediator and part time judge. He has also sat on several dispute review boards (DRBs) where he has assisted in the resolution of large-scale, multi-million dollar construction project/development disputes. As a result, He has a wealth of experience navigating the complex litigation landscape. So much so that companies seek out his advice when embroiled in disputes that require litigation or alternative dispute resolution. His goal is to help parties resolve disputes fairly, quickly and cost effectively. Phil has provided these services through the American Arbitration Association, Construction Dispute Resolution Services, the local court system, and now through Advanced Resolution Management as a full-time Neutral.
