AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM JUSTICE MICHAEL CHERRY (RET.)

We are pleased to announce that Justice Michael Cherry (Ret.) has joined ARM’s distinguished panel of neutrals and is available full-time to serve as a mediator, arbitrator, special master, appellate consultant and private judge. As you can see above, he is very excited to get started on his new career.

Justice Cherry has served as a member of the judiciary for the last 20 years, including two terms as Chief Justice of the Nevada Supreme Court. During that time, he conducted hundreds of settlement conferences. Prior to his work on the bench, he was appointed as a Special Master in both the MGM Fire Litigation and the Las Vegas Hilton Fire Litigation. His work on these cases drew national attention and established procedures that are now commonly used in most mass tort litigation. All in all, his distinguished and sincere service to clients, to the judiciary, and to the state has prepared Justice Cherry for this next chapter.

“Justice Cherry is a true legend in the state of Nevada. All of us at ARM are delighted and proud to know that he is part of our team,” said Abbas Kazerounian, Director and Founder of Advanced Resolution Management. “He brings so much to the panel with his vast background and immense expertise. It will be a pleasure to watch him flourish as a top neutral both in Nevada and nationally.“
