Kristine is a successful mediator, a Nevada Supreme Court Settlement Judge, and an accomplished litigator.  Over the last 14 years she has specialized in criminal defense, personal injury and product liability, successfully settling over $70 million dollars in complex civil litigation matters. She was selected to be the first law clerk to the Honorable David T. Wall (Ret). On his behalf, using her strong interpersonal presence, she positively interacted with attorneys, court personnel, and the public, to further efficient resolution of matters pending before the court.
